01 Are your parts really made in Morocco?

Yes. Each piece is designed by our studio and handmade in our partner workshops in Morocco: cabinetry, metalwork, pottery, weaving, and ceramics.

02 What is a made-to-order part?

It is made to order, with the fabric and finish you choose. The lead time is indicated on the product page and confirmed by email within 24 hours.

03 Where and how long do you deliver?

In Spain and throughout the European Union. In-stock parts leave our warehouse in Spain within 48 hours. Large items are delivered by appointment, installation included.

04 Can I return an item?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an in-stock item, in its original condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

05 How to care for wood, brass, and terracotta?

A soft cloth daily. A natural oil once or twice a year for the wood. The brass will develop a patina, this is intentional. The outdoor jars are resistant to Mediterranean winters.

06 Do you offer terms for professionals?

Yes. Architects, decorators, hotels and restaurants benefit from dedicated rates, samples and project support. Request a quote from the Professionals area.
