01Are your pieces really made in Morocco?
Yes. Every piece is designed by our studio and made by hand in our partner workshops: cabinetmaking in Marrakech, brasswork in Fez, pottery in Tamegroute, weaving in the High Atlas, ceramics in Safi, outdoor joinery in Essaouira.
02What is a made-to-order piece?
A piece made after your order, in the fabric and finish you choose. The estimated lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed by email within 24 hours.
03Can I customise a piece?
On eligible pieces you choose fabric, wood finish and sometimes dimensions. For a fully bespoke project, go through the trade area.
04Why are two identical pieces not exactly the same?
Because they are made by hand. Variations in tone, grain or texture are the signature of craft work, never a defect.
Delivery

01Where do you deliver?
In Spain and across the European Union. Stock items leave our Spanish warehouse within 48 hours.
02How much does delivery cost?
Costs are calculated at the next step according to country and volume. Small objects at a reduced rate, large pieces delivered by appointment.
03How is a sofa or a table delivered?
We contact you to set an appointment. The piece is delivered to the room of your choice, unpacked and assembled if needed.
04Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive the tracking link by email at dispatch, and the Order tracking page shows the live status.
Returns
Returns and guarantee
01Can I return a piece?
You have 14 days from receipt to return a stock item in its original condition. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
02What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We arrange collection and replacement or repair at our expense.
03Is there a guarantee?
Yes, two years on furniture and lighting structures. Normal wear of textiles and the natural patina of materials are not covered.

01How do I care for solid wood?
A soft dry cloth day to day. A natural oil once or twice a year feeds the wood and revives its tone.
02Will the brass change colour?
Yes, on purpose. Brass develops a patina over time. A cloth and a little lemon bring back the original shine.
03Do terracotta jars resist frost?
Our outdoor jars are fired at high temperature and withstand Mediterranean winters. In regions with prolonged frost, empty them of damp soil or bring them inside.
04How do I wash a wool rug or cushion?
Vacuum without a rotating brush, treat stains with cold water and mild soap. A professional clean every two or three years is enough.

01Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payments are secure and encrypted.
02Which currency am I charged in?
Euros by default. Pounds sterling and dollars are available via the currency selector at the top of the page.
03Do I need an account to order?
No. An account does let you find your orders, addresses and favourites.

Yes. We produce series and bespoke pieces for hospitality. Request a quote, we reply within 48 hours.

Yes, dimensions, materials, weight and care are available for every piece on request.
